Registration Fee: $600 - The registration fee includes $50 SES membership due, badge to attend all technical sessions, all conference materials, lunches for the 3-day conference, and the conference banquet.

Student Registration Fee: $300 - The registration fee includes badge to attend all technical sessions, all conference materials, lunches for the 3-day conference, and the conference banquet.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration may be canceled before September 12, 2011, and the total payment less a $100 service fee will be credited back to the original credit card used for the payment.  No refund will be issued after September 12, 2011.

Cancellation must be made by e-mail to Edith M. Martinez (edith-martinez@northwestern.edu).  Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and the registration transaction number.

Reception at the Art Institute of Chicago (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Wednesday October 12, 2011): $30.  The Art Institute (http://www.artic.edu/) is a world renowned fine art museum.  It has one of the world's most notable collections of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist art in its permanent collection.  The reception will be held in its Grant Entrance Room.

Attendees will have exclusive private viewing of the Galleries of Impressionism/Post Impressionism, while enjoying hors d'œuvre, as well as both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. 

The museum is across the Grant Park from Lake Michigan, at the southern end of the Magnificent Mile - Chicago’s famous place for dinning, shopping and entertainment.

Conference Banquet at the Holiday Inn Skokie North Shore (6:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Thursday October 13, 2011): Registered conference participants may attend at no extra cost. Tickets may be purchased at $50 for each additional guest.
